Lost my abilities

I was about 50% through a game when all of the sudden I could no longer use my abilities. I couldn't click and use them, nor could I use my keyboard to cast them. It only affected my items and abilities however. all of my other hotkeys worked, and so did summoner spells. I have no clue how to reproduce it, but I was playing pantheon.
