Dear Riot games ,

I have to say that smurfing has gone to far, I just had a game with a Diamond 1 . He was playing Vayne and he said in all Chat, I don't believe him first, into late game which he had 25/1/6 . I have to do something about this, they are breaking the rank system for all of us.

Riot's been rather public about their policy regarding smurfs. They really don't mind as long as the players aren't being toxic and using them to dodge bans.
