1 - Is it jsut me or is Vlad a REALLY oppressive laner? Like he just sits in lane spamming his abilities with almost no CD to play around or mana cost. And he gets sustain for all this. I just think hes kinda toxic in the laning phase for someone who is supposed to scale.

2 - Can we get a Fiddlesticks rework after Irelia and Akali?

SURPRISE #3 - Can we keep Akali side boobage in the rework? its like her staple.

  1. Vladimir has a strong early all in, later in lane I wouldn't call him really strong. A lot depends on the match up though. His sustain is good in the laning but don't think it's toxic.

  2. They said they were going to adress him soon, so he'd be more viable again in the jgl without overbuffing him mid.
