Honor a teammate.....

What if the whole team was very good, what if everyone made good calls? Responded to calls, made plays, didn't flame etc.

Like an option to honor the team as a whole? Like a weaker honor that splits along everyone?

Like just a very nice team: jungler steals dragon/baron, support catches someone, toplaner saves teammate, mid obliderates half of their team, adc perfectly kiting and picking off enemies, etc. - in one game.

After a game like that I would rather honor everyone because everyone has did something special everyone worked as team and everyone.

Also they could add enemy honor of a kind: which enemy has the coolest mind? but of course could also choose noone.

Sometimes happens that everyone is good but all random 4 players decide to honor 1 person even though everyone deserved an honor... (how do I know they are random? you can't 4 honor premade in Ranked solo/duo)

Would be a nice add to the game.

idk why we cant honor multiple players. Sometimes I'm torn trying to pick one. The worst feeling is when there's two players you want to honor; The one who went 17/2/11 and was evidently the big reason you won, and the one who went 6/9/15 but got the first guy rolling to begin with and made great plays despite their scoreline. I'm forced to pick the one I think my team is least likely to honor, and it eats me inside to pick the one who was most honored BECAUSE I know the other guy didn't get any honors in that case.

Then you can honor each other. I just don't understand the same question being asked over and over. You pick and honor the BEST player you think was on the team, your teammates can do the same. Your entire team spends their honors, you all get a little bit of extra honor from that game - even if you haven't received a single honor. It's how it works and it works well.

Why is everyone so insistent on honoring multiple people? As soon as you do that, you devalue individual honors and you make Riot have to increase the Honor EXP cap, relative to how much potential honor you can earn now. This in turn also makes the system all the more reliant on more consistent honoring rather than partial, because sometimes, no one deserves the honor and no one needs to be honored.

As soon as people start looking at Honor as "i HAVE to spend this" points, the value of Honoring players decreases.

I am more insulted by the three simple words written in grammatically incorrect English than i am with that limp insult.

Wasn't the point of your thread to discuss whys and hows of the new Honor System? Obviously, i expected a proper rebuttal as per original OP but i guess that your account is now in possession of your 7 year old sibling. Or so i'd like to think but the Boards are a gift that keeps on giving so it's not surprising even if you devolved into a caveman at the first sight of an idea that contradicts your own.

I know you are but i am quite puzzled why you're telling me that about yourself. I thought it was obvious from your OP and your now mod removed comment.

how do you "honor each other" if they are all randoms? yo guys I honor you and you honor him and you honor him and you honor him and everyone will get honored after the game: someone gets 3+ honors your technique of honoring whole team for doing really good: garbage

I don't know if basic math is your strong suit but if each player in a team has 1 honor vote and the entire team did good, you can honor each other and everyone can have a single honor + extra honor because everyone honored a person that game.

What you want is the ability to honor all 4 people and if everyone had this and used it every single game, people would always walk out with 5 honors per game. Your idea doesn't work because that's exactly the reason why previous system was bad and honoring someone meant absolutely nothing.

Honoring opponents makes no sense because you can't judge them by the same criteria you judge your team. People that constantly and incessantly ask for this, clearly have no idea how this system is even supposed to work, they just want it because they want it. Literally no one elaborated on "honorable opponent" more than you, over the years. And as long as i never see anyone try to explain why this needs to exist and what should we honor the opponents for, my answer is always going to be a resounding no.

There's no point in trying to discuss an imaginary idea when you can't even put it into words. I'm not a mind reader and i don't miss this option because i rarely ever used it when it existed.
