How to be "The Fast" (Jhin Running Gag)

It is still highly possible to become the fast jhin in this season, and last season, the new runes main nothing to changing it. I will tell you how it all works.

Starting off, you need the following necessary runes: Fleet Footwork (for easy fast movements from using auto attacks and tiny bit of sustain) Alacrity (I will explain later) Coup de grace (helps secure kills a little bit) Celerity (to be 10% more fast)

Anyway I will explain what you need to do. Start off with buying a dagger, 4 health pots, and ward totems, which you use the dagger to get zeal then later phantom dancer, which grants you MORE movement speed from using auto attacks, as well as attack speed and critical hit chance with both involve greatly in The Fast because critical hit chance will allow you to get crits which activates the movement speed buff, and attack speed which is what the movement speed buff from your passive scales with, so your able to be More fast, and fast frequently. Afterwards, buy Infinity edge, shiv, and firecannon in any order you prefer, which maxes out your critical hit chance at this time, and increases your critical hit damage, while granting a great amount of attack speed, so therefore every time you hit something with a critical auto attack, you will move in EXTREME SPEED. There's more, the boots you need to use is berserker's greaves so you get high movement speed and more attack speed to scale with for your movement speed buff, and finally your last item can be anything with attack speed, but I would prefer bork because of health based damage, lifesteal, more damage, and more attack speed.

Now how do you become the fast with this build finished in game? simple, land a critical based auto attack on something (or any 4th auto attack at any point of the match) to get the movement speed buff, and because of the runes and build, your going to be moving EXTREMELY fast, how fast? fast enough to outspeed an ulting yi, and if your lucky, a sion's ult, now THAT is freaking fast.
