The queue is bugged and sometimes breaks and stops searching for a while. This can happen even after a match has been found and dodged in the same queue.

You'll see that a match will be found very shortly.

It's not new champion select's fault, it's not the lack of supports' fault, it's a bug. If you wanna complain about it, do it in 'Report A Bug', not here.

This happens to me a lot, I'll suddenly have a 10m+ que, and i'll reque and get in a match instantly. pretty frustrating.

Another thing i've found is if you re-que and reverse your primary/secondary and you also get instantly in.

in lower elos, if the queue tme go over 5 minute just quit and restart, tested.

Who the hell would even wait 20 minutes and still think the queue is still running anyway?
