Dear Riot,

Respectfully ask to replace DFG with PFG (Poro Firing Gun) which would give similar stats but deliver them via summoner 31 . You now have counterplay since the enemy can dodge the poro, and you could also add weird stuff like the need to warp to the enemy to unlock the increased magic damage.
