Annie Q bug

Wind wall consumes the stun, Casting it to late(missing it) to get a creep consumes the stun. Fizz and vlads invulnerable state do not consume the stun but do make the spell go on CD. Having the spell cast and before connecting, fizz E's or vlads pool do not use up the stun. Intentional? Is fizz E supposed to consume the stun or not?
