From time to time the only way out is to run away in the wrong direction and head for a tower. I think a small icon that shows "you have been damaged by X,X,X,X,X champions" would help in this scenario since if it is not showing then you know it's time to commit suicide.
Nameless Voice1 votesThe thing is, this would mean that you'd need to have an icon whenever you've recently been damaged. It'd be UI clutter 99% of the time, except in that one rare occasion where you actually want to know it so you can get executed.
