The Jax in this game fed a fair bit. At one point he was 1/7/3. Then he hits his power spike and WHAM. He starts slaughtering people. Admittedly I benefited from it but good gods that should not happen.

I think Darius keeping you in the game is what allowed him to do that, Jax has always been a late game carry champion, he gets to late game, he gets to do that stupidity.
i had a darius on my team 0-7 and he got a penta:| :)))..it's all about team comps..and they didn;t had a team that good vs darius..all melee..and darius had only BC and some tanky items..he got 1 reset and boom..penta:))..that game we were behind like 10 k

You dont lose gold on death on LoL. If Jax reaches something like 4 items he will walk all over entire teams regardless of his score.
