This is ranked Why are you doing this?! I keep having to dodge and wait 30 miniutes but I rather do that then play with these trolls

Because people are egosgical assholes that will play whatever they want regardless of how fitting or good it would be for your comp.

Cassio top is pretty strong actually so she's totally legit, Riven mid is incredibly strong against assassins and tends to have an easy time against mages too usually so she's perfectly legit too, Yasuo support doen't make sense but who knows, maybe they know how to make it work... Btw, ever thought they do that because they didn't get the role they wanted so they do it ON PURPOSE so that YOU dodge and they won't get penalityes for dodging? Well that's the reason usually...
Cass top was very strong for a long time. She has a slow and a speed up for escape and a good utility ult for when they dive or emergencies.
Riven mid is Niche pick but is a hard counter to some of the assassins that are dominating mid right now.
yas support...... I have no clue unless it is with a kalista.
Riven mid is a great counter to mana intensive mids like 
Cass top isn't THAT bad.
Of course I'd rather have a tank or something top lane, but it works. Cass top is something that really should only be a pick if the team lacks magic damage or if you already have like 2 tanks on your team or something.
because people are finding that as long as you build tank items they can do fine.
but to be fair... mid riven was a thing a while back, her kit is bad enough top, and mages are weak now which are usually the ones that stop her... so ad mids are kinda pooped on when they get stunned and can't fight back at all....
And support yasuo is very cheesy.... but then you look at support 
, there all kill lanes.
And champs like 
+ makes a very strong lvl 6 actually.... not to say people should play it without actually knowing how to play them, because that is half the trouble.
The only thing that's extremely out of the ordinary is Yasuo support. Cassiopeia has been played top, as well as Riven mid
