Karthus's Ult Quote Should be Global
Think about how scary it would be if you saw the white cloud over your head while hearing karthus scream "HEAR ME MORTALS"

Doesnt it depend on his skin?
Pentakill karthus should have some metal heralding doom.
And an indicator on the button saying someone is killable
50000000000000001 voteshttp://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Karthus/Background I wasn't sure, so I looked it up. Classic skin has 8 quotes, and Pentakill skin has 3 different quotes.
Classic "Listen and rejoice in death!" "A dirge for those who remain!" "Hear me, mortals!" "Sing with your final breath!" "Die!" "Surrender!" "Perish!" "Cease to be!"
Pentakill "I am the lightbringer!" "Everyone will falter when you die!" "My song, smite them all!"
EDIT: I copied the quotes of his passive, not his ult...
