Yes.
Yes. All Stealthed Champions, both Invisible and Camouflaged.
As a side note: Camouflaged will NOT be revealed, only out-lined, so even though Camouflaged is a "weaker" form of Stealth, the Sweeper isn't better against Camouflage than against Invisibility, just has the exact same effect.
