Ranked solo play is pointless

I don't want to play with players that don't try to do their role. Almost every single ranked game has a player that does this. Almost every single game I have to stand out in every single role, granted I mainly play support and come out with almost most kills, least deaths and of course most assists. I'm tired of ungrateful assholes that only want to keep a score thanks to your beyond crappy hex chest system and not team fight on purpose. I'm tired of adc's running away from so many possible kills while I did the entire dps,tanking to get enemies below 20%. Better yet, if I get the kill I get complaints I ''ksed'' when they weren't even in the fight.... I'm tired of getting worse than bots level of players in my ranked games. How am I supposed to progress with such bad players? Why am I not getting punished to somehow never pair myself with the good ones? I'm tired of waiting for your guys to make a decent ranked system that works and favors the players with (SKILL) in solo play instead of eating the burden of so many bad players. I usually end up losing games thanks to every enemy player getting fed and trying to compensate the steamroll I did at bot lane. It doesn't matter what role I take, I can jungle, I can top, I can mid, I can support. Barely touch adc but I also have. The other 4 players I get usually have to get babysat into a win to the point where I did almost everything needed for the game to be even viable. I hate it and I hate the fact that you guys have kept the same system for YEARS. Every time I comeback the same thing happens. I play for a while and then get worn out by toxicity,bad players, imbalanced gameplay on so many champs that make me wonder how are so many devs still have the job. Fix your shit Riot. Done
