Perfect/Needed features for ranked solo play

No longer you grief over 20+ minutes of gaming with toxic players. Since you guys can't come up with a balanced ranked system where I get decent players that actually understand the point of (Ranked) and trying to play with (extra effort). Then I invented these 2 features that could help solve your toxic community. It's clear that it's bad, it's clear that it's almost impossible to go up in rank with such toxicity. So why not personally help me and other hand pic the decent possible players out and also provide a leave on obvious lost games instead of griefing them more time because other 4 trolls want to keep dying over and over. So please Riot. Consider at least this to help out the ones who truly want to make an effort and remove the cancer players one by one by blocking them forever. Thanks.
