lets make ranked sacred?

There are too many people who have no idea how to play in bronze. How is someone supposed to rank up at all if they are the only ones with kills 15 minutes into the game? IT's hard to find a consistent duo when they don't play as much as you do. I'd just like to rank up for the love of all that is holy. Everyone has their bad days, but a number of people playing ranked and doing awful are more than just a bad day, it's just straight up cancer for everyone involved. I'd suggest bannings from ranked if you perform poorly enough. There is no reason for someone to be playing a new champ in ranked and bringing teammates down with his/her own idiocy. Please make ranked sacred.
