What Is Quinn Exactly? Not Utilizing Her Full Kit

Her kit SCREAMS diver yet her innatedurability is so bad whenever she does dive, insta-death follows, which is kinda diver's niche, suicide missions, but come on, she would be the only one of her kind (marksman) to be a diver.

What I am saying is she is more or less identity-less. Which isn't much of a surprise in this ADC in 2017?!?! meta (btw rito please datamine that see how many hits you get lul)

Since classified as marksman she does not have any defensive abilities to survive said dives, besides like backflipping (E) off of enemies faces over walls but thats too situational, I guess start taking CotC on her and building her bruiser is the new meta.

Quinn is a marksman a champion who does good sustained damage from range and is generally really squishy she's also burstier then most marksman and has a strategic emphasis on roaming and snowballing so she could also be an assassin

I don't know how you can say she doesn't have an identity when I see a Quinn on the enemy team I understand what they're going to do and what I have to do to play around it, that's as about as defined an identity a champion can have

She's a ranged split pusher / AD burst mage with some sustained DPS.

Quinn is a thematic based champion, not necessarily a class based champion. She is supposed to be a self sufficient scout who can take out isolated targets she finds. This is exactly what her role in mid-late game is, finding the adc or mid alone with her high movespeed and w she can catch them and blow them up. After she does this she can recast r and reposition to get another pick/flank off. If she was meant to be a diver she would not have valor exclusively out of combat, her whole identity is to be this constant "behind enemy lines" threat that disrupts your rotations by catching out squishy targets.
