you know guys... we have mages like xerath cassio anivia. all are not mobile at all.

then we have something like kassadin, ziggs (not as mobile) fizz.

so there is a reason we have mobile and not mobile mages right?

WELL NOT ANYMORE we now have an item that gives you a dash WITH ONLY 30 SEC CD that also does dmg. i mean why not give everyone a weaker flash with only 30 sec cd.

i have the luck to own a pbe account and i can already tell you... some champs that are rarely played right now are super annoying. it kills you.

The dash is so short. Not enough to get away in most cases.

its still a dash that deals a good amount of damage. in lategame this item does 250+20% of your ap. lets say cassio or veigar... they get up to 1k ap its normal so 20% = 200. thats 450 AOE DMG with 30sec cd. thats an extra basic spell. you cant get over walls thank god for that.

I've seen it in action... I don't think i'd be that overpowered. In the right hand at the right place it may have its uses, but it's basically a faster walk, kinda meh. Not sure about the ring of fire (?) though, it could survive without that extra damage.

I love how it shares a cooldown with other hextech items so Akali cant just item 3146 with it

Just was on the pbe, the dash is almost useless most of the time, cant even pass walls I dont think. Only one can really make good use of it is champions who builds ALOT of ap and gets extra ap like Veig and Cass. Like cassio hextech+R would be pretty strong. But in general its mediocre item, plus the animation for it looks like shit.... like they could have done better.

its a 300 unit dash that can't jump walls, stop getting all so jumpy (get it ?) and lets complain about it when the item is out.

also, as it doesn't give mana, it will probably be at least a second buy.

I might buy it just to steal a penta kill in a team fight or initiate a team fight. That item + item 3116 should give decent soft CC to initiate. Who needs a Hecarim or Braum to use ults.
