One for All Queues

Of every single game mode queue right now, the special monthly One for All queue is taking me the longest. 10 minutes with an estimated 2:30. [zombie-brand-mindblown]

I haven't been on League since right before servers went down for patch 8.7 earlier, but every time I've played one for all, the Q time was at most 30 seconds. Most of the time I was getting Q'd up in less time than estimated.
