New Evelynn update

The new champion update for evelynn came out on the pbe, i played with and against the new evelynn enough to say that she needs some nerfs, i like the new and improved evelyn its just she does way to much damage for the people who are attacked by here, seriously can not escape that often, she has good mobility but its slightly wayyy too much. her passive seems ok unless you go tank, WHICH ACTUALLY can be a very effective thing because of her passive and her damage (She can deal enough damage where she can go tank and is fine). I would suggest to lower that q damage and less charm duration with so additions so that the person who gets ganked actually have a chance of surviving , with a slight tweak on her hp region on her passive.
