Ohmwrecker
Currently Ohmwrecker active prevents turrets from attacking for 3 seconds. Would it be too op if Ohmwrecker also disabled casting shields on other players for 3 seconds?

Bard's ult is basically a free Ohm Wrecker if used right, but no it wouldn't be to OP for OhmWrecker to disable shields.
And this is coming from someone that mains a champion that relies on his shield to win duels.
