ult cd reduced from 120/110/100 to 100 all ranks
loses 25 attack range going from 550 to 525 which i really dont think thatll bother her at all, very little if at all will hurt her.

525 Range doesn't matter because of her passive.
Dark Nephthys1 votesIt's a shift in power. They're reducing her lane phase power by quite a bit with that Q duration nerf + the 25 attack range nerf but she makes up for it as the game goes by. Personally, I feel this is a step in the right direction as now her lane phase will have clear weaknesses...like say you can bait out her Q for a trade in the lane phase and then wait until its over and then try to all in her. With her attack range lower then the average carry during the early lane phase and her Q having a 20 second CD, she can actually be punished a bit early.
Yes 70% for rank 1 Q is pretty high but with it lasting only 3 seconds and her base being average (and having low attack speed/level), she'll feel the nerf pretty high during the early parts of the game, where a hyper carry should generally feel weak.
