And just give her more utility.
There is nothing fun or healthy about a machine gun heal.
Raise the cooldown on her heal and/or lower the amount by a decent amount and give her something for her q or e to make up for it.
You could give the middle of her Q a stun as compensation, just delete the freaking machine gun heal from the game.
heal cooldown is about it I think. Shes not as bad as people make her out to be, she is very easy to kill for junglers or if she gets caught out in the mid/late game. People just would rather it be easy then learn to play according to the situation

They're fiddling with how raka works in pbe currently. My current understanding is that it's gonna end up up being that she gives people temporarily super buffed health regen rather than flat health, which should limit the oppressiveness of the 'machine-gin heal'.
