And just give her more utility.
There is nothing fun or healthy about a machine gun heal.
Raise the cooldown on her heal and/or lower the amount by a decent amount and give her something for her q or e to make up for it.
You could give the middle of her Q a stun as compensation, just delete the freaking machine gun heal from the game.

People need to learn not to just focus one person, I've going about hitting the soraka then hitting the adc back and forth pattern. She kills herself healing someone and also taking damage forces her to pick and choose between trying to star call or avoid being hit again.

DeathcapShaco1 votesAny soraka with half a brain will always sit in the back and heal through coin, masteries, runes and potions. She is oppressive and extremely unfun to lane against.
Sure she is easy to gank, but I shouldn't have to rely on my jungler to save me from this cancer laning phase while her also having a strong late game as well.
The champion is stupid and there is a reason she is always banned. The only way to counter it is heavy roaming supports that sht on other lanes since soraka's roam potential is awful and why she see's very little competitive play.

Ignite does absolutely fuck all against her because it no longer affects healing done by allies on target champion
I won't speak for the other champions, but being a Sona main you will go OOM before her lane is out of HP especially if your retarded ADC eats a couple of Qs
Mysticman891 votesThey're fiddling with how raka works in pbe currently. My current understanding is that it's gonna end up up being that she gives people temporarily super buffed health regen rather than flat health, which should limit the oppressiveness of the 'machine-gin heal'.
