Sion's HP never feels like it's that much

Despite having a passive that gives HP on minion/monster kills I never feel like I'm this big ball of HP. I just don't feel like I'm gaining that much. I know his HP per level is garbage, but I dunno. I feel like this needs to be looked at.

At the very least my Zz rot/banner of command minion kills should count towards my passive.

zzrot kills do count. I used it quite a lot in my run where i got to 30k HP

I do agree tho, it'd be nice if he got more HP

It would be interesting if minions/monster kills counted for 5 HP. But it must be 2 for a reason.

max % hp damage and current % hp damage in abundance.
