I remember when i use to like Dyrus

Literally ran it down mid to die so the game would end making his team lose so he can host an Academy game...

Like wow, that's scummy for his 4 teamates... The dude almost always trolls now with stuff like Bard top and now he just leaves ranked games without even caring.. I miss when Dyrus actually cared about the game and put any sort of effort into it, now it's come down to him actually leaving ranked games now.

the reddit link is today, the youtube video is another example of him trolling and leaving another ranked game

Pretty much because league is a game where u are no longer allowed to have fun and this is what riot wants, they sold their actual playerbase that cared about their game.

He doesn't care about the game at all anymore from what I've gathered by his posts and streams.

He pretty must just does variety or will play league only to cater to viewers

He still plays the game? I thought he was tired of it &/or didn't like it anymore. At least, that was the last Dyrus related thing I heard about.

he btter get banned for that bc it's well documented then he straight up afk'd

I got leaverbuster bc i connected to a game at 4:00.

This needs to be garnering more attention than it's currently getting. Riot seems to state that they hate toxicity but seem to be doing very little about it. One of the first things they can do is actually holding high profile players such as streamers and pros to a significantly higher standard than they are.

Have you heard him talk about league? The way he was talking a few months ago I honestly think he would be happier banned from the game.

When you've played a single game for 9 years, at one point at a professional level, you'll get tired of it.

Not to mention riot has massacred game quality to where if you take it seriously, you're a dunce.

The latest ranking system based on role caters to baddies who can't stand to build a champion pool for any lane other than their own. Why SHOULD he give a shit about a game that doesn't give a shit about it's own players (besides their chinese overlords)

Im not siding with him and saying its okay for him to quit, but....

Id be tilted too if a riven was able to duel me after missing her R lol.

Especially considering riven is also basically a support with an aoe knockup and stun.

dyrus was always doodoo

IAintDarius2/2/2019, 6:03:28 PM3 votes

Is it weird that even with his normal monotone voice I can feel the spite and disdain coming from each word? Like what happened to this dude?

Resolution2/2/2019, 9:48:05 AM3 votes

I doubt anything will come from this as he's been doing this for a bit now. Been a few incidents with him throwing games.

3TWarrior2/2/2019, 2:50:50 PM3 votes

I don't see much wrong with bard top. bard is an initiator and loves roaming while hitting occasionally like a truck

AD bard top was previously a thing

Oh look another witch Hunt. Get dyrone banned he's not a perfect player.

The fact that you consider bard top trolling says enough tho.

I miss the good ol TSM Dyrus

PaffWasTaken2/2/2019, 8:07:42 PM2 votes

He hates the game, just like everyone. but unlike other streamers, he has the balls to consider the game as, well, a game, instead of being chained to it and be its slave like others.

It just looks like his client crashed. And I had like 4 matches with my client screwing up my game this year alone. Which rarely happened before.

How exactly is this "Gameplay" related?

Worst Kench NA2/2/2019, 7:41:08 PM1 votes

Dyrus obviously doesn't care about League any more and is just doing all this for a paycheck. Can't really say good for him because I think League is better than a lot of stuff out right now even with its flaws, but yeah, anyone that still thinks that he genuinely loves the game and isn't just doing it for money hasn't watched him play lately.

I'd wager a lot of LoL streamers have it the same way too. I've heard Hashinshin say that he wouldn't even consider doing variety streams because he didn't think he had what it takes to pull them off.

This is what happens if you make your job streaming a game. Eventually you will start to dislike it and well....tough shit honestly.

I can feel for streamers as people for this. I would hate to do something I don't want to do. But you also made it your job to play League. Kinda a tough shit kinda deal. Keep doing it or go back to looking for a real job again. Being a streamer is no different, a job is a job and you don't always like your job.

I wouldn't feel bad for ANY League streamer if they choose to make their career streaming league. That is what you signed up for, that is what you get. Of course they will get much less views when they don't stream league. Why the fudge would someone wanna watch Dyrus or Yassuo or hell, any big name streamer play any game when they are known for League?

I am all for branching out if that was your goal in the beginning, but if your theme was league, its league then. If I wanna watch someone play the new RE2 or KH3. I will watch someone that was built around it and know their shit about it. Not someone that is just doing it for the hype and know nothing about it. Those people are trash.

Kinda feel the same about Tobias Fate. I enjoyed watching him pop off on GP in high elo but now he is just running it down mid while screaming in gold elo with AD Ornn

An Academy game?

I need to know what this is.

King Braum2/2/2019, 4:07:05 PM1 votes

From what I remember Dyrus actually doesn't enjoy playing league anymore and instead quite often forces himself to play since his "fans" more often than not strong arm him into playing which creates an overall negative experience.

In that situation I can totally understand Dyrus going into his games with an already negative mindset, not wanting to play, trying to make the game interesting for himself with random picks and quiting the moment he gets frustrated.

He's even made tweets about it himself as to the extend that he doesn't want to play. https://twitter.com/dyrus/status/1022194602508476416
