Hextech is a little ridiculous on ekko

Had one dive me about half a mile ahead, stun/combo, then just ult out no problem, no turret worries what so ever. I don't get why hextech even needs to be in the game, for a champion without cc(like ziggs) there was absolutely nothing I could do when my flash was down. he dived me all day, even with other teammates there, all because of that stupid item.
