So when is auto-fill being removed?

Honestly, it is getting ridiculous having game after game either off roled or filled. Not just me, teammates as well it is honestly quite dumb. I don't want to play the game if I am forced to play things that I don't want to play. Like it is the biggest waste of time. Bring Team builder back or at least have the option for people to turn autofill off in their lobbies. It ruins the game for a lot of people because of people who troll because they are off roled. No one wants to play with a support zed who doesn't want to be bot or had no intention of playing anything other than zed. Point is I am getting really frustrated with this game and it needs to be a hard reset of MMRs in preseason and putting in team builder to at least fix part of the problem.
