Honor Level

I honestly don't understand how this system is supposed to work, but it isn't working for me. I typically get like an honor per game and nearly every time I log on I receive rewards due to honor, however I do not increase in honor level. I have been stuck at honor level two effectively all season. I have played all season long and I think it is a joke that because I was honor level 0 and I reformed that it was effectively impossible for me to get honor level 3. Anyways if anyone could help me out in understanding why it is this way please help me out. Thanks.

do not type anything negative in chat, even the smallest amount of negativity will cause honor levels to freeze, threatening to report, typing the word "mute", typing the word afk, typing gg ez. also do not type things like open and ff, if you want to surrender a game simply use the /ff vote, do not type to your teammates that you want to ff or open.

This system is broken and there is no progress bar at all, this is quite an insult to the players, riot doesn't say anything about how this broken system work.

Also basically anything you type in chat reduce your honor gains. Riot see even a normal conversation as "toxic".

It took me all season to get from low honor 0 or 1, to 3 (which I just hit a week or two ago.)

It takes awhile. Whats the rush anyway?
