New People in Ranked

I understand that people need a place to begin in ranked, however if they are just starting in ranked they should not be put anywhere above bronze. It does not matter how good or bad they are. I have had several games now where people say it is their first ranked game and it legitimately is. These people are starting in gold elo and ruining games because it is a 4v5. You cant solo carry a game or even carry some of these people because they dont even understand how to play the game at its core. I am just really tired of having to deal with these people, yes it is just a game but I am not playing the game to lose. No one ever is playing to lose.
