"Series" Champion Selection idea

So there is some people in the world who miss some of the older versions of champs that were reworked, maybe urgot, galio is a big one, or maybe aatrox... for some reason. Well this idea solves that, the plan is that in champion selection, when you select one of the "reworked" champions, there is an option that you can select to alternate between the two versions, the pre-rework, and the rework. But what if there were 3 total versions, like Ryze? The selection gives all three versions that you can choose from. However, you cannot change the version of the champion in the match itself, only in the champ select. This could bring back fans of old galio, old ryze, old nunu, old swain, and so on. Comment your thoughts.

the issue is they can't do this.

when they rework a champion they scrap the old version for the new version

i.e. old urgot is gone unless they readd him into the game as a completely separate champion

It's not that they can't do it. It's that they don't care.

No one cared. That's why things are the way they are right now. There weren't enough people to speak out against what they were doing, and now so many champions that people have loved are gone.

It's not that they can't do it. It's that they don't care.

No one cared. That's why things are the way they are right now. There weren't enough people to speak out against what they were doing, and now so many champions that people have loved are gone.

No...if you actually did some research or watch their videos they went over this.

They can't bring back the old versions because they don't exist anymore

Do you really believe that? What kind of dumbshit game company deletes 80% of all the data and coding they've ever had? It's a wasted opportunity. If they really did get rid of it, then it sucks to be them, because people are just going to code these champions and items from scratch, and all of the people who missed old League (which is constantly increasing, with every major rework or stupid change they make), and that will mean a lot less people playing on Riot's servers.
