Skaarl comes back way too fast. First time I played against Kle dwas today in the botlane as Twitch. I finally got rid of his mount and was about to kill him... but then it came back so quickly. It kind of pisses me off cause then he gets all of his health back while doing a lot of damage. Not sure if anyone else feels the same way, but there are my thoughts.
Elite4Runner3 votesHe literally has no benefit from any of his bonus health while unmounted. Even with sustain he is only able to reach weak ADC level health. If he is building as an ADC, which is possible since you mentioned you were playing in the bot lane, he is probably focusing on damage, crit, and attack speed, so his wave clear and his ability to harass you is going to help him get his mount back faster. When he is focusing as a tank it would not be that fast.

XxKyzilienxX2 votesHe gets it back by killing a lot, and i mean quite a lot, of minions or doing damage to champions. If you dont want him to get it back dont let him hit you as much. You can tell when he will get it back as the bar under his hp goes up from left to right. I versed him as garen and once i got rid of his mount i waited to engage by dodging the majority of his attacks and then killing him before he hurt me too much in the fight (shouldnt be too hard cause he is missing a large portion of hp)

DoktorKaiser2 votesBullshit thing is if his w resets while he is unmounted he can just flash on you chain 4 attacks and immediately get Skaarl back, which is dumb af. He also immediately gets him back from getting 1 lousy random assisst. It should be brought back by killing 10 minions, or 3 kills/assissts or like 15 autoattacks vs champs, and so far only minions seem to be working, other 2 are way too fast for how much health and skills he gets back.
