Elise VS Nidalee Discrepancies

My two main champions at the moment are Elise and Nidalee. However there are a few things that bug me about Elise when compared to Nidalee. Something that I feel is an easy fix is that when Nidalee dies in Couger Form she spawns back in Cougar Form, however, when Elise dies in Spider form she instead spawns back in as a human. I don't play Jayce and am not sure on his interaction but I think that Riot should make these champions all work the same way.
