The ascended having reduced healing is made totally moot if they have warmog's, and the game just snowballs and becomes an exercise in frustration for the other team. I've seen this happen several times.
i don't think it will happen since it has the same stuff as ARAM which has warmogs and there are counters to warmogs
the counters are 
and any penetration since they may have armor and MR or play

Its an item i use in many tank builds gives health and sustain
so if i cant have a core item for some of my tank builds how about wer remove
& 
becuase why should other classes have acces to core itemization when tanks can't
