What are the best macro guides for a silver scrub like me?

Im on an alt account for anonymity...have mechanics down, im so trash at macro that i can win lane and then hard fail

Highest i ever got was silver 1 54% winrate which isnt bad but is still not good enough for my personal goal of low to mid plat

Now i wont blame my thousands of teammates, im gonna say every single game was my fault because frankly from what ive read, a player in plat will hardstomp most silver games on any champion.. be it an actual carry or dark harvest soraka jungle.

I know mechanically on my alt i have above average skill, which is adequate at the moment considering my other weaknesses need more attention. My froends meme about me claiming im an idiot savant or that ill make q 'faker level play' and then literally do nothing with it after.. its definitsly an exaggeration because im not that good, though in custom 1v1s ive given quite a few plat/diamond players a nice ass whooping . I would neverbwin against them because i suck at macro, and they are overall.better at the game.

So, is there a good set of guides that will teach me macro? Id prefer something that assumes i have zero knowledge... as if i have never played a video game in my life.

Videos preferred btw but i can read so yeah

macro is played differently based on champion role in the game and role of a champion

some champions require barely any macro see yuumi some champions are only macro see tryndamere, nasusm yorick some champions have a mix most mid laners but then you have mages assassins and then you have burst assassins or sustained dps assassins see talon and akali or control mages and poke or burst mages oriana, xerath, brand for example

all play differently and have different goals

play 1 champion it's advised that it's an easy mechanical (braindead) champion (the annie meme by ls) but it's a valid argument it will force you to make better decisions or you will get hard stomped every game and you won't be able to deflect as much to the mechanical errors

proguides has some insane guides of macro and they explain them really well everything else is just practice as you won't understand diamond macro until you get to diamond and reading guides only gets you so far

So i should pick up a few macro champs to round out my game knowledge?

Ill go m7 on tryn/nasus/yorick and report back?

Oh god this is gonna be painful, linear champs are the bane of my attention span but no pain no gain i guess
