Any chance Singed could get some mana buffs?

I understand how singed could have been a troublesome champ in leagues early days but now singed mana costs just seem outdated, atm you are pretty much forced to go straight for rylais but the mana costs are a bit insane, i think his fling and ult should have the mana cost reduced, it's actually pretty amazing just how when you go for the kill around level 6 and you press R you pretty much lose the kill potential because it costs a wopping 150 mana, it's just insanely high for early game.

either the mana cost on fling and ult get buffed or just remove the mana cost in for his ult, but hell i would apreciate if his ult got reduced to like 80/90/100 mana

But he should keep his identity. Maybe his ult could have a charge system affected by cdr where Singed stores an insanity potion and then he can drink one or 2 or 3 and go mega insane stacking the effects,

Just grab a item 3070 before you grab your go for your item 3116.

Personally I go item 3070 item 3027 item 3116 item 3003 and throw boots somewhere on the middle when I need them. I don't have mana problems and I get quite a lot of HP so I can then start stacking armor with either item 3110 or item 3075 , MR if needed and perhaps a deathcap.

Buy 2 item 1056 and mana won't be a issue a good Singed learns to conserve his mana
