[GAMEPLAY] Twitch E doesnt work.

how to do the bug, simply have the enemy move out of cast range despite already the spell already have been casted it will do no damage

things to keep in mind

twitch can only cast E if theres enemys with poison stacks in range, sivir for example in the clip was the only one with poison stacks so couldnt have activated the ability otherwise, she flashed, i casted the spell but her movespeed allowed and the cast time allowed her to move out of casting range = stops doing any damage for some reason

before people start saying this is not a bug, think of it like syndra ult, she preps everything up, target is in range, she casts it, enemy sometimes flashes out of casting range, but still has all the balls following the target and will do their respective damage, imagine now if they didn't, there, you get an idea how annoying this bug is.
