Miss Fortune and Cait need to be adressed

She is pretty ridiculous atm and give her a small lead and it's pretty much over for botlane even with help, i'm not sure what it should get hit, the ult or her Q, she scales tremendously well into the mid game even when behind that ult hits so hard to the point where it's just stupid funny.

the other thing is that it's actually suprisingly hard to play around her because her abilities are targetted she can be suprisignly hard to get and in teamfights she does have to commit too much because her ult range gives her quite a bit of safety, on the other hand getting caught alone vs her is not exacly what you want to do lol.

Caitlyn is pretty interesting, i thought she would become very good but turns out she just, does not bully anymore, not as much as she used too the marksman update brought adcs early game up quite a notch and now even though she has quite the range she just can not compete with the other adc unless she manages to get a huge lead but even then it's kinda iffy, i mean she is about as strong as twitch atm and thats a really bad sign, i personnaly find it that she just doesnt scale that well into the mid game and in the lategame vs tanks even with lastwhisper her damage feels very weak , althought this might be more of a case of adcs like graves and miss fortune being a bit overtuned idk, i do know she is not in a good spot at atm.

sivir lol(it's pretty funny how it's becoming a theme that the champ that gets the victorious skin becomes unviable)

Sivir ? Becoming unviable? I don't think she is having such a big problem...

I mean yeah , other ADCs got extreme and cool changes compared to her , but she is still great at what she is supposed to do and her power didn't drop at all.

About Caitlyn , she really doesn't seem a big problem in the early game (as you mentioned) , you just have to adapt to her strategies (don't walk into the bush/traps , ward the bush to see if she prepares a Q-snipe and some more...). If you play well , she just can't kill you , just pressures you a bit. But she kinda feels a lot better when you achieve the 3-4 items power spike. The overall update to attack speed items and the defensive items improved her power curve in the late game.

Miss Fortune does snowball when she gets ahead , but that is kinda what she did before too. Bully people hard and grab as much damage as you can to kill them again. She still has the same weaknesses , and having a CC/burst support can still destroy her. So you either jump on her , or you try to avoid her support's engages (Miss Fortune's only safe way to poke you is to Q a minion, so it can be easly avoided).

What's your opinion about the other ADCs in this update? I heard some people say Graves is OP , but in general he seemed kinda fine , no one really told me how is Kog'Maw now , I haven't met any good Quinn player to tell me how it feels to have the birdie just as a taxi xD

A big issue I have with Caitlyn is that you need to pretty much always snowball to do any damage. If you don't get a lead in the start of the game, don't expect to do any damage. Having only 1 not-so-reliable auto attack steroid, Morgana ADC can do more damage with her autos if Cait can't hit her passive on someone.
