Title,like I get so many players like Kat,Rengar or Zed in games when I CC them and they die from my team they type in ALL CHAT "Leona so OP OMG retarded champ" like I guess she is strong but is she considered OP and banable or just a nuiscane?
Leona is in no way shape or form OP.
She is EXTREMELY reliable if you have a team that follows up, because you can root a target for about 5 seconds with her full combo or you can fuck up 3 individual targets with her full combo, more than that if you hit your ult dead on more than one.
However since soloQ is basically full of tards that have the reaction time of a potato in a slow cooker, she is incredibly risky as you might engage a fight and lock down the enemy APC and ADC, but by the time your team reacts you are either dead, or they react by focusing the frontline and you get melted by Vayne's bullshit.
TL;DR Incredibly strong with a good team? Definitely. Very reliable and reasonably easy to use? Absolutely. OP? Not in the slightest.
A Fiddle has more chances to run away from getting caught out than a Leona does.
Everything is op in bronze/silver.
In reality, she is a weaker version of Thresh.
Her stun-locks are incredibly long if the target isn't of a tank-archetype. Try putting together a Custom-Mode game, and see if you can 1v5 against Intermediate-Level bots, and give them a Leona to use, you will see just how long those stuns last for if you picked a champion that doesn't use any kind of Tenacity for its Masteries or Item-Build.
Over tuned if anything. At the very least, her ult's cast range needs reduced. (her early damage numbers may need reduced slightly, but the main issue I have with her is the long cast range of her ult.)
Kat and Zed jump in and get angry when the support peels? Understandable if their pro play fails due to a nap OP point-and-click stun.
