Those are the ones that not only, in my opinion, do not look "slutty" but also do not expose too much skin. There are also those that expose skin but are not too much slutty at all.

Actually only few can be classified as very slutty. Sure thing, they are all somehow pretty and beautiful for various standards, and that is true, but making a character ugly without any design concept behind only creates an other urgoth

Another one of these? Look at other games sexualizations. Tera for one. League is nothing compared to those. Honestly any overweight champ is just going to be stereotyped. Honestly that's the only way people are going to enjoy playing a champ. You need to have a funny accent or stereotype on the champion to move them if they're not attractive. Unless that champ is stupid broken or has an interesting kit (the kit can be overlooked if the champion is not interesting). You know, like gragas... I don't count urgot because he's a patchwork and is not a representation of his former self. =.=

A german accent beer maiden or something might get someones attention but then you'll always have someone who gets offended. =.= I would like to see an old woman or a built woman. Sejuani is kinda tiny for her personality. Someone with sejuani's personality but the build of a tank. >3>

Least slutty I'd say but she is a child. If I were to make a list of not-so-slutty champions, it would be like 25-40.
