I believe there's a major bug with their vector skill shots basically not allowing you to use them at all.

I like how they aren't even disabled anymore. They just aren't there. Got kind of excited when I saw the lil warning was gone so I went to start up a TB game with some buddies and couldn't even find rumble because he's been disabled so hard he's not even on the champ roster!!!

I think he means that usually when thye're disabled their portraits are just greyed out, not completely gone.
