Talon is balanced and does not need buffs ot nerfs

Talon is probably one of the most balanced champions in League right now, simply because he thrives and falls of when he is supposed to.

Why does Talon get first blood so easily? Because of his passive. This enables him to get the power he needs to get into midgame, his strongest point. Here, his main job is to assassinate high priority targets such as the ADC. By late game, you can hope to kill targets but be careful, since you have reached your weaskest point because you dropped off.

This is why Talon is pretty balanced and thrives in the current early game end meta
