Is everyone gonna ignore that Runaan's is considered on hit? Teemo can blind 3 targets. Kat can Q 9 targets. Lux can snare 6 targets. So on and so forth.

On one hand, we rarely build anything on-hit or crit...
...On the other, I'm picturing waves disappearing to a single Q proccing a tiamat/hydra for every minion hit. And what would happen to some poor champ that got caught in the middle of it.

Don't exactly have a main since I just screw around trying to pick the right champion for a comp and/or matchup while not actually having any clue how it'll play out in game, but here goes:
would just do insane damage with an entire Q critting and a ton of AP, but since it doesn't scale with AD crit would only come from runes and a single IE. Of course, if it applied on-hit effects with every tick of damage, that would be entirely irrelevant, because Swain would just be old reworked Kog'Maw come back from the dead, if Kog'Maw could delete everyone without actually attacking. Four ticks per second for four seconds, plus damage amplification from his E! Absolutely broken. (of course if it only applied on-hit effects once per cast then that'd just be useless lol)

#300+%195 OF HIS MAXIMUM AD
At level 18, Sion has 128 base attack damage. Five Infinity Edges (gotta have boots) is 350 AD. So Sion has 478 AD. 478 + 300 = 778. Now we apply the Infinity Edge crit multiplier of 2.5, and we get a whopping
#1945 PHYISICAL DAMAGE
In one ability alone. This doesn't even take into account runes and masteries which will add more %'s of damage to the ability. Not too bad if I say so myself.
