How to fix Elo Hell

I know i'm not a diamond or plat league player.... but since season 2 i've always gotten to silver 1 and constantly try yet fail to get to gold 5.
This season i've been locked in ELO hell and at risk for demotion to Bronze 4.

I know there has to be other players who should at least be silver but can never make it out of elo hell! So i thought of what might help those who are stuck in elo hell and are ready to give up on ranked till they can re-place.
MVP!

The winning team votes at the end for MVP (they can choose to skip) and whoever get the most votes loses significantly less LP. Also maybe an option for punishing an obvious intentional feeder where the enemy team can instead vote to give one player who was so bad they assisted the enemy team.... they lose all the LP on behalf of the team they tried to F over.

I think this idea has some merits and would love for some tweaks and further suggestions to help fix the awful climb out of ELO hell.

While players are getting better from season to season, you did not improve (me neither tbh, currently struggling to find my way), in fact you got worse.

No offense, but your matchhistory is a rollercoster, you play every role, your runes are awful, so are your masterys, you swap summonerspells randomly, i mean, one game you take heal with Ashe, the other you run ghost?

You need to face it, you are simply not a good player, you need to improve.

Reduce your championpool, reduce the roles you play to a maximum of two, make sure to not run exhaust and heal when youre autofilled as a support lol, and learn the basics.

To go back to your topic, I personally don't like your idea, you might be the best player on your team, but you lose, so what? Does that make you the MVP? No, you lost, you deserve to be "punished" for that loss. Elo Hell doesn't exist, it's mainly you not having the grasp of how to play the game to reach the goal, you not being willing to improve and instead blaming it on "elo hell".

Biased punishment and bullying is gonna make people in elo hell stop from playing

You lose as a team and gain as a team

Elohell isn't that hard to get out of there are far too many information available on YouTube to assist you

The people who should be silver ends up silver.

I've climbed the ladder many many many times on multiple accounts. And with consistency. If you ask me, my elo hell is around plat 1. I sometimes manages to climb to diam, but I always stay stuck for a long long time plat 1.

People who deserve to be higher do and can do it on multiple accounts. I have 4 accounts that all started in Silver and are spread between gold-diamond. If you deserve to be out you will.

elo hell isnt real... its a state of mind

and where it comes from is players thinking they are better then their rank and get this mindset the reason they arent diamond while they are in silver is due to elo hell.

just accept your skill level play the game have fun

low elo (silver and bronze) is really like the biggest roll of the dice you will ever get in terms of players, why because 60-70% of the NA player base is this ranking. Its really hard to climb when 1 game you get a decent team then the next you get a bad player who is 1/9/1 at like 20 min. What needs to be done is what they did to CS:GO and have a bell curve of distribution of players. I personally like equal distribution till a certain point like D3+. This way you get more consistent people in your games.

The other problem is this game is not independent of others actions, so basing it off win/loss is terrible for your ranking. In CS:GO you are able to solo carry games much easier because if your teammate dies, the opponent doesnt get stronger but usually weaker due to dmg from your teammate, which in turns make them easier for you to kill. The placement system of games also doesnt take into account your wins/losses. I did an experiment with a buddy placing 2 accounts, 1 for me and 1 for him. We are vastly 2 differnt ranks. Im Global Elite/SMFC and he is silver 1/2. I went 5-5 in my placements placing at LEM (1 rank below SMFC) where he went 8-2 placing Silver 2. To ensure that he won I played on his account during the game to close out the game if he needed help. League needs a better system for ranked but what that is I cant say, but in CS:GO games on average are alot closer than League. Even playing on my smurf in CS:GO I get close matches using a pistol no armor because of the skill difference verse actual people at that that elo.

ELO Hell doesn't even exist.
