Need 2 quick questions answered. Please and thank you

Sorry to be kinda stupid or if this is in the wrong board, but what happened to gameplay and balance? Why did it change to just gameplay in title, but in the url still called gameplay-balance?

And also, I see things like removing , , and among other things. Where is this information coming from? Sorry and thank you for the help!
