So i decided to learn fizz, but need some help

i want to learn fizz for 2 reasons

1. he is an annoying fucker
2. he is an annoying fucker and everytime i play adc he destroys me.

so i read through the 2 best guides on mobafire and lolking and both differ in maxing the skill order. do you max e or w? i'd say e because its a stronger and more important skill.

overall i just need some help on how to play fizz.

i think i got the build down, you get a sheen and after that rabadons if you are fed or zhonyas if not. after this you finish lichbane and get either raba or zhonyas and 4th is void staff.

his combo is r, w+q, aa, aa and then e (let the e slow the enemy or jump down instant?) and aa some more.

thats about all i know so far for fizz. every advice (and maybe what are easy and what are hard matchups) is welcome!
