@Riot will you tone down vision now that the Raptors buff will be gone?

Im neutral on the plants implementation since want to see them first but i would like to know if there will be changes to vision since a very important counter vision tool will be gone (and i do believe that the vision is currently overloaded in the first place). Yes im aware of the vision plant but it seems that it will be far more rare and inconsistent than the raptor buff

Maybe I'm spoiled because the meta I played the most was seasons 2 and 3 and there was an enormous amount of wards being used, but I don't think its going to have a huge impact on vision control.

That said, I really liked the plays you could do with the Raptor buff. Its honestly the only Smite-Buff that I think needs to stick around in some form. The other ones were pretty dull and didn't involve any real thought or counterplay once you knew your optimal jungle route.
