I dont know what her winrates are but holy hell she does way too much damage at all times of the game, her q crit is up way too often and does too much damage in lane, and her attack speed bases could use some changes and her ult is just a button that makes tanks dissapear without even building leathality. She is too good at the moment.

Her Q can't crit anymore, they removed that.
Her early game is a joke compared to any other ADC, and her mid game is super weak too, providing you didn't let her free farm in lane.
And of course, her late game is monstrous. It always has been, that's Vayne.
next time you see a vayne don't focus much on building a ton of hp focus on the resistances since the 3 other abilities she has are physical build armor since no matter what you build she is still going to do that % max hp true dmg might as well soften those blows that proc it then
PtA is getting nerfed so her trades in lane isnt as strong (wont be snowballing from lane phase)
She is a bit strong right now, but man you got so many facts wrong...
