Lux is destroying low level play.

I have recently bought Kindred and have mainly been playing her in bots matches and today I decided to play PvP, sl jungle was called before I got the chance to cuz internet speeds determine what lane you get am i right, and I wanted to play Kindred so I called ADC and went bot. Turns out their Lux was going bot, every time i would try to get chip damage on her or the other laner, boom rooted for an unreasonable amount of time then mowed down while still unable to move or cast abilities (Nice added bonus riot) So i decided to farm and not even engage, also a bad idea cuz lux would root me and i would die instantly. She was obviously not new to that champ and I am, so how is it fair that somebody playing a starter level character who frankly just doesnt fit into the higher Elos gets to shut me down in lane. Honestly Riot just nerf/rework/or remove her until you can fix her cuz she ruins games in lower tier play.
