The only reason I didn't by Phage on Jinx before was because the only thing it built into was a trinity force (which isn't that good on Jinx.) But I think that with the new Black Cleaver, it'll be viable. Think about what it builds into. It shreds armour (which you can do quickly with your minigun) and helps you kite (Rage passive). Thoughts?

LegitBacon661 votesThat is actually very true. I honestly think its a new item for adcs because the more you auto your damage builds up with armor pen. I think its a new for adcs to find a place in the tank meta.

However Blacjk Cleaver is a lot more slot efficient, when you have the extra giold to buy it. Plus CDR is sometihn that ADCs normally don't get a lot of.

Jinxish1 votesI just recently started building Black Cleaver on Jinx whenever I'm ahead (so example final build would be 
) and it's amazing against tanks! It adds the crit chance, and the armor pen from it plus Last Whisper allows you to safely kite the tanks. (I also put furor enchantment on the berserker grieves to help with kiting).
