Daily Reminder that S scores are still incredibly hard to get on supports
I went 3/0/17 when our team went 26/10/60 (so 20 out of 26 kill participation), had 36 wards in a 36:50 game and got an A+

They aren't, it's not about just your KDA the same as every other role. It takes things such as your warding/ward kills, heal/damage, objective control etc. into account as well; simply being around for kills and not dying isn't enough.
Stand in the fountain for 30ish seconds spamming wards at a slow point in the game That really adds up.
It's not harder to get an S on a support than anyone else. Your rank is based off the average scores for that champion in that role. If you got an A+ it means the average S ranked player was performing slightly better than you did. Could have been a bit more CS, maybe a death or two but 5 more assists or something.
I regularly get S as Lulu support without even trying.
I get S's a lot on support. I think it's easier than regular roles.
